One of the challenges identified in the GreenStep regional analysis is the limited collaboration between academia and industry. From our experience as a Cluster, we see three main barriers:
Limited awareness of the expertise and innovation potential that universities can offer.
Concerns about administrative procedures and long project timelines.
The day-to-day priorities of companies, especially SMEs, which often leave little time for innovation activities.
