ISQ is working as a partner in SKILLS4EII, a European partnership of 33 organisations from sectors such as steel, water, logistics, ceramics and others. The project supports the green, digital and social transformation of Energy‑Intensive Industries by identifying urgent and emerging skills gaps and developing the training needed to close them. A central element of this work is HUB 5.0, an online platform designed to host innovative learning solutions and micro‑credentials. SKILLS4EII also promotes cross‑sector synergies in areas such as industrial symbiosis, sector attractiveness and recruitment, while supporting the shift towards a more human‑centric, sustainable and resilient Process Industry 5.0.
