Cluster manager of ZINNAE, cluster for the efficient use of water. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Zaragoza and a Master’s in Environmental Management from the Universities of Amsterdam, Leiden and Wageningen. I have near 30 years of experience working in efficient water management by promoting technological and social innovation. I coordinated the project “Zaragoza, water-saving city”, between 1997 and 2006, contributing to making Zaragoza a reference in efficient water management. In 2008 I coordinated the Pavilion of citizen initiatives at Expo Zaragoza 2008 with the slogan “Water and Sustainability”. Since 2010, I have been the manager of ZINNAE.
